ENG: “It is important to create and maintain structures and processes in the communities that allow for fair, effective and transparent decision-making. To that extent, an autonomous and consolidated process is ensured in the face of social inequalities and proposals for collective well-being and sustainable development. With a focus on rights and gender.”

In her free time, Doly enjoys taking walks with her dog, reading about criminology, and watching Korean dramas.
