Mmabatho Boitshepo Oke
Mmabatho B. Oke is a knowledge management and advocacy specialist who has built a portfolio career at the intersection of digital governance and social justice. Over 12 years, she has progressively led complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives from coalition coordination to UN-level research. Previously as an ITU Generation Connect board member, she engaged directly on digital rights and inclusion, and directed global strategy across 30+ country offices as a knowledge management and communications lead at CARE. Mmabatho has shaped national policy, co-authored UN research, and influenced digital rights advocacy across Africa and globally. Mmabatho brings governance expertise, strategic foresight, and international networks to advance technology in the public interest.
