Speakers
Mario Huapaya is a former Senior Consultant with the Special Group for Mining, Geothermal, and Hydrocarbons at the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB). He is CEO & founder of Andean Link.
Victor Bor is a Kenyan scholar working at the intersection of democracy, governance, geopolitics, and climate change action. He brings a strong interest in cross-cultural exchange and global affairs, shaped by his experience living and studying across different cultural contexts, and is fluent in English, German, and Swahili. Passionate about civic engagement and collaborative learning, he is committed to fostering open, thoughtful dialogue on democratic governance.
Mmabatho Boitshepo Oke is a knowledge management & advocacy specialist who works at the intersection of digital governance, gender equality and economic justice. Over 12 years, Mmabatho has a proven track record of turning complex policy and research into insightful action. She has worked with various INGO’s, governments and is an expert in building cross-functional collaborations and leading advocacy initiatives in global platforms.
