She believes African leaders should empower youth with skills, knowledge, and expertise to drive a just energy transition and green economies.

Climate DemocracyNatalie advocates for inclusive climate empowerment, climate justice, and localized climate solutions, emphasizing the need for participatory democracy and community engagement in achieving social justice and sustainability.

Governance and Shared PowerNatalie works to strengthen democratic institutions, promote transparency and accountability in governance, and foster shared power at climate decision-making spaces. She believes in moving beyond tokenism, ensuring young people are actively involved in policy-making, programming, and governance, rather than just attending meetings.
