Carlos Diaz is the Project Manager of Colombia’s energy transition initiative of the Governance Action Hub at R4D. With over twelve years of experience in international cooperation and project management, his expertise lies in forging strategic alliances, fundraising and advising his team among government and civic champions, and driving research on the energy institutional landscape.

Passionate about leveraging narratives with evidence to sustain strategies that create impactful solutions, his mission is to advance on climate transition efforts and strengthen citizen participation that tackles Colombia’s socio-economic and environmental challenges. He focuses on advocacy in development projects, transparency and accountability.
