Leah List

Program Officer, Collaborative Learning & Knowledge Management

Leah List is a collaborative learning facilitator with a passion for bringing people together to collectively problem-solve and develop new models for collaboration. With expertise in network managment, knowledge management, and facilitation, she has spent the past several years supporting peer-learning networks across health and other sectors. She specializes in designing interactive workshops, organizing and documenting key learnings, and creating accessible systems to support knowledge-sharing and decision-making. Now, she is excited to bring this experience to the governance space.

Leah’s interest in governance stems from a deep love and care for people. She believes governance shapes every aspect of life—from health and nutrition to education—and is driven by the potential for stronger, more inclusive systems that serve communities effectively.

Beyond her professional work, Leah is an avid reader and writer, proudly embracing her nerdy side by attending and volunteering at the annual Worldcon. She also enjoys video editing and spends time volunteering at a local small farm where she loves learning about how small, urban farms can support a more sustainable and community driven future.
